The first nite i can say is nt tat bad, but very rush for me, cos i got only 5 mins to scrub for another case, and total 3 at one go.... i nearly die of exhaustion man. still got to despatch so many specimens and prepare trolley for next case cos the noon staffs never prepare.... sob
worse thing is our "GD" AU si cha bor never tell us tat there is a craniotomy coming in from ED already. we r running 2 theatres of ortho and no one knows till the last min, tmd, then yoong got to unscrub, muilee got to prepare the theatre and poor me continuing my ortho with mr wang.... I NEARLY DIE OK. with him as ya circulating nurse is as gd as u do urself. HAHA. even keng tiam cannot stand him, cos mr wang will decide on the specimens himself and nt the surgeon. surgeon still got to listen to him ok. -_-||..... when i ask for dressing or anything, he will just take his own sweet time, for ya info, my suture all done liao, and there is still no sign of dressing man.
things all ended at abt 3.30, then i got to go for my break, then prepare my resting ground. rest till 6.30, luckily yuan hua call me or else i would have slept till duno wat time man. hee hee, too tired liao. wanted to eat breakfast with yuanhua but sunday no porridge. so sad. decided nt to eat and go back home and zzzz
Didnt sleep much also and woke up at 12.30pm. after tat watch the show caili baobei lend me. so sorry man, took mths to finish one show, but i can say its nice...
watch till 5.00 and faster go and zzz again, this time with aircon on, cos too hot and got reno going on. slept till 6.30 and went for dinner (luckily daddy buy or else i got to starve, all thanks to certain person)
met khailing and yuanhua at novena to decide on our supper and i bought choco milk and angie the choice pandan cake. hee hee,
changed and getting ready to start work, but saw the surgeons walking towards the door smiling all the way, i wave gdbye to them say u all beta don come back. LOL, they also start to laugh, when i reach the board then i realise they postpone all the cases to today. KEN, U R DA BEST LAH....
wang and yuanhua in OT 19 taking the ORIF facial fracture while me, circulate for on GS case and Scrub for one incision and drainge of XXXXXX, first time scrubbing for GS, so excited man. lol, luckily both the surgeon r all nice nice de, i straight away tell them i duno hw to drape liao. luckily everything goes smoothly man...
me and KL went dwn to buy cup noodles. she damn suay lah, wan to eat ice cream but either nt ready or the sliding door of the ice cream spoilt. LOL
tok with them till 2 plus in the AM then start to rest, but i cant get to sleep, duno y, i think cos of the position and the tummy cramp and too hot, plus i allergy to the blanket, cos when i wake up in the morning i will have itch face...
suppose to have breakfast de, but cancel due to the stupid rain... went home empty stomach and slept till around 4.00pm
mummy not home, no dinner for me.... POOR THING. from yest 1am till now i got nothing to eat...
